USES OF MAGIA


Since textured soy protein is inexpensive, widely available, and versatile, it is a commonly used meat substitute and meat extender found in a multitude of products. Meat and Veggie hot dogs, burgers, sausages, chickens, and meatballs are some examples of food products that often incorporate Magia into their recipes.

Soy protein offers all the amino acids humans need. Because it is a complete source of protein, some medical experts recommend it as a potentially healthier substitute for meat.

HOW TO PREPARE MAGIA?


First, the textured soy must be hydrated so that it acquires a moist texture similar to ground meat. In a large container, place the contents of the 250g MAGIA package along with 750cc of water or broth, keeping in mind that it will double in size. The hydration process lasts between 10 and 20 minutes depending on the temperature of the water used. If hot water is used, the time is reduced by half.

• Remove the excess water by pressing with your hands, but without wringing it out, as this will expel too much water.
• Once the preparation is ready, use it as a replacement for meat.
• It can be stored in a closed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
